Sales

All sales are final. We provide previews of all music and scores for sale to ensure that you're satisfied with what you're buying. However, in case of non-receipt or damage we will replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you.

All payments are processed through Paypal on a secure server.

Shipping

PDF file format scores are delivered to you by e-mail. They can be viewed and printed with "Adobe Reader", available as a free download from Adobe's web site.

Printed scores and CDs are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery within Canada and the USA and 6-21 days for international shipments.

Shipping costs: the shopping cart has a feature to calculate appllcable shipping and taxes before you make your purchase.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Therefore we do not share with anyone information we receive when you contact us or purchase items from us (i.e. your name, e-mail address and street address).
